Sarah’s teaching background makes her a very organised and motivated member of the mi-SOS team. With her first-hand experience and knowledge of the issues associated with being a Type 1 diabetic and attending multiple emergency care visits, Sarah is passionate about the difference that mi-SOS can bring to people.
When Sarah is not busy selling in the office then you can find her competing at the ice-rink at a semi- professional level, cooking or out socialising with her friends in Newcastle.
Stephen has over 30 years’ engineering experience and for some of this time, he served as an industrial mechanical engineer. Stephen’s eye for detail and problem-solving abilities help mi-SOS ensure that we are constantly one step ahead in maintaining a high-quality mi-SOS wearable range. His responsibility also incudes managing Service Level Agreements with our partner suppliers and manufacturers.
When Stephen is not working on maintaining the high-quality wearable range with the mi-SOS team he enjoys spending time with his family, walking and cycling in the Northumberland countryside
Ikenna has a doctorate in Computing Engineering and Technology. At mi-SOS he uses his 7 years’ technical experience of establishing software as a service within healthcare Infrastructure together with programming experience of Health Information System design that helped us create and maintain the mi-SOS online system.
Ikenna enjoys playing both the piano, and guitar and exercising. His passion for learning and teaching mean he has ambitions to grow the mi-SOS programming team.
Dawn is a registered pharmacist prescriber with 30 years’ experience in NHS clinical practice, together with 5 years working as a national expert in substance misuse & mental health. At mi-SOS, she is using her Doctorate in Computing Engineering and Technology, her EMBA and in particular the skills in innovation and entrepreneurship to bring to life her passion for making a difference by developing digital systems for healthcare to improve health outcomes.
Outside of her busy workday, Dawn enjoys walking with her dogs and playing with her grandchildren.”
Outside of work Jan enjoys walking particularly in the mountains, travelling around the world and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
Zac is very self-motivated, driven to succeed in all areas of work and is a confident, organised and respectful team player. After studying for a BTEC Level 3 music performance and production he is building on his administrative experience in B2B and B2C in IT and is currently studying business management level 3. At mi-SOS Zac is responsible for organisation, planning and preparation, keeping stock and inventory, reporting and finance.
Zac loves taking his dog for long walks, playing the guitar, cooking and getting new tattoos
An award winner for outstanding customer service, with over 6 years in customer facing roles for both business and consumers, Dan understands the importance of user experience.
As he also has a background in Aerospace engineering, with a foundation degree from Newcastle, he understands technical, quality and safety requirements within engineered systems and is able to interpret for our customers.
Dan’s hobbies include cycling and off-road mountain biking, gaming and cooking.
At mi-SOS, Lisa puts her 10 years of Health Systems business operations experience and BSc Hons in Business Management to great use. An amazing leader, multi-tasker, strong communicator and negotiator she keeps the team focused, motivated and organised to ensure mi-SOS meets the internal demands and external customer needs.
Lisa enjoys walking, gardening and cooking and aims to be fit and healthy enough to enjoy her retirement.
